As many of the items I produce are made from authentic designs from a past time/era, and customers must carry out their own risk assessment pre and post purchase to ensure their own safety and that of others.  Therefore, Talking Point Woodwork and Colin Baker can not accept liability for the products, their use/misuse or resulting from their use/misuse to the purchaser or others, as we have no control over how and where they will be used.  Please use all of my worked products safely, so as not to cause injury to yourself, others or property.
